Villa Karpatia***
Our Villa Karpatia *** is located in a quiet and calm cul-de-sac called Put Lapta in the town of Nin. It is a two-storey house in the traditional Adriatic style which includes its own private parking and also a truly beautiful maintained garden with decorative flowers and fruit trees.
The reason why you choose us for your holiday is that we try to offer you something "extra". So, in addition to nice apartments we offer a fully equipped brick summer kitchen with seating for up to 16 people with a gas grill, beer tap and coffee maker for your barbecue. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. We rent bicycles of various sizes, a child's bicycle seat and helmets for children for free. You can use the children's corner with toys, swing, bouncers, etc. To the beach you can rent inflatables, parasol or sand toys for your children also for free. If necessary, we will provide you with cleaning supplies.
Our villa and all apartments in 2017 underwent extensive reconstruction so that we can offer you the comfort you expect on holiday. In the apartment house Villa Karpatia *** we offer for rent a total of 3 two-bedroom apartments with separate entrances.
