Apartment PREMIER
Our third apartment Premier is the most luxurious and largest. Undoubtedly, even the most demanding guests would like it. It is located on the floor of the apartment house and has access from the garden. The total area is up to 92 m2 (including the terrace) and can accommodate 5 people on regular beds + 2 people on the extra beds (sofa). From the huge terrace with an area of 27m² has a partial view of the sea and the town of Nin. The entire apartment has been extensively renovated and is decorated in a modern style.
Equipment of apartment:
- bedroom No. 1 - one double bed, 2 night tables with lighting and wardrobe
- bedroom No. 2- one double bed + one single bed, 2 night tables with lighting and wardrobe
- new kitchen fully equipped with dishes, refrigerator with freezer, electric hob with two hotplates, microwave and kettle (this apartment does not have an oven, it is available in the summer kitchen). The kitchen is connected to the living room which has new air conditioning, ceiling light with fan, LED satellite TV, furniture and sofa
- renovated bathroom with shower
- "winter garden", resp. closed balcony with dining area for 6-7 people and a sofa
- large balcony with up to 27 m2 with wooden seating, sun loungers and a large sunshade
Other equipment of the apartment is: drying rack, two towels for each guest, insect repellent with filling, toilet paper and liquid soap in the bathroom, dishwashing detergent with sponge, paper and linen kitchen towels.
