Our aparthotel is located approximately 400 meters from the main town beach and promenade. It is situated in a quiet part of the Sutomore, while its location remains very convenient thanks to the resort's vibrant nightlife. After an evening out, guests can enjoy a peaceful rest in luxurious and spacious rooms. 

Directly in the building of the aparthotel, there is an AROMA supermarket and an OTP Group ATM. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a post office, additional supermarkets, kiosks, a pharmacy, a health center, as well as numerous restaurants and cafés. 

URBAN spartments consists of a ground floor with reception area and three upper floors, offering in total of 21 apartment-style rooms of various sizes. Each room features either a balcony or a French window with a view of the sea, the garden, or the mountains, depending on the type of accommodation unit.

In the spacious restaurant located on the top floor of the building, we serve breakfast, which guests can enjoy with a beautiful view of the mountains or the sea. 

One of the advantages we offer our guests is free parking in our private parking lot across the street from the hotel, accessible only to accommodated guests via a chip system..

The similar chip system is used to access the hotel's main entrance, allowing guests unlimited access to their apartments even during nighttime hours. The apartments themselves are secured with a key card system.
