STUDIO apartment

Our most affordable option is STUDIO apartment, ideal for couples or families with one small child. It is located on the ground floor of the apartment house, making it one of the cooler apartments even during the hottest season. JIt is one large open-plan room with an area of up to 29 m² and is recommended for a maximum of 2 adults, or 2 adults with a small child. The living area is combined with a kitchenette and dining space. The studio is very practically furnished, with the sleeping area featuring a double bed that is visually separated from the rest of the room. The apartment also includes a seating area in front of the studio. 

STUDIO apartment consists of:

• sleeping area – a double bed for 2 persons and a bedside table
• bathroom - with shower, washbasin, mirror cabinet and toilet
• a relatively spacious living area combined with a kitchen. The kitchen corner is equipped in a basic configuration appropriate to the studio layout and includes two-burner electric cooktop, refrigerator with a freezer and electric kettle.The dining area features a dining table with two chairs, sofa, wardrobe and living wall with an LED TV with satellite channels. The entire space is air-conditioned.

Additional apartment amenities include: clothes drying rack, bath and hand towels for each guest, plug-in insect repellent device with refill, toilet paper and liquid soap in the bathroom, dishwashing detergent with a sponge, paper and cloth kitchen towels, cleaning supplies, insect screens on the windows and blinds on all windows.
