Apartment price list

The table below shows our standard price list rates for individual one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments or studio apartment per night (regardless of the number of guests). Prices vary significantly depending on the period of your stay and the apartment or studio you choose. 

The price we offer you is final!!! VAT at a rate of 13% and the tourist tax of €1.50 or €0.75 per person per night are already included, so you do not have to worry about any additional charges. No further fees will be required from you.

In the case of long stays, larger groups, corporate training sessions, or events, prices are arranged individually and we are happy to offer discounts.

Cancellation policy 

Standard conditions – With us, you have the option to cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. However, we kindly ask you to inform us of such a decision as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival (including) or in case of no-show, we retain the 30% deposit.
