PROJECT description 

The building is founded on solid rocky ground with a reinforced concrete base slab on gently sloping terrain. Its reinforced concrete frame is complemented by brick exterior walls and internal partitions made of aerated concrete blocks, ensuring durability and structural quality. 

The building features six modern apartments, two per floor, including accessible ground-floor units and exclusive private rooftop terraces for the top-floor apartments. Each thoughtfully designed unit offers two bedrooms, an open-plan living area with kitchen and dining space, a bathroom, and a terrace or balcony, with a total area of nearly 70 m². 

On-site parking will be provided, with one designated parking space included for each apartment, and the option to purchase additional spaces if needed. 

Sewage is provided in the form of a septic tank.

The structural phase is handled by a reliable local Croatian construction company recommended by our architects, while all further and finishing works are carried out by our proven Slovak craftsmen, with whom we are successfully completing our fourth joint project.
