The price includes:

The apartment is delivered with complete documentation and all required permits. It is handed over with entrance and interior doors, ceramic flooring, a fully completed bathroom with toilet including sanitary fittings, complete electrical installation (sockets and switches), and air conditioning. Of course, the apartment will also be fully painted upon handover. 

The price also includes our full support to help you get started. We will assist and guide you with everything so that you feel completely comfortable and stress-free. We will always be here for you whenever you need us. 

The price does not include: 

Lighting fixtures, curtains and drapes, kitchen installation, furniture and appliances  

As for the kitchen and furniture, we work with our own trusted furniture maker who can custom-build everything according to your requirements, and we would like to emphasize that the prices are very competitive. 

INTERIOR

The apartments will be ready for handover, and the following is included in the price: 

• Wall plaster with hygienic coating finish 
• Entrance and internal doors including frames 
• Ceramic floor tiling with skirting will be installed in all rooms, and ceramic wall tiling will be installed in the bathroom.
• Complete and operational plumbing system. The bathroom will include sanitary equipment (WC, shower enclosure, and washbasin) with mixer taps.
• Fully functional electrical installation with installed switches and sockets.  
• Air conditioning units installed in all living spaces. 
• Individual water and electricity connections and metering for each apartment 

The kitchen unit is NOT INCLUDED in the price; however, we can arrange its custom manufacturing, delivery, and installation for an additional fee. 

Likewise, lighting, furniture, and kitchen appliances are NOT INCLUDED in the price. 

EXTERIÉR a spoločné priestory

After construction is completed, the garden will be fully fenced and on-site parking spaces will be provided. One parking space per apartment is included in the price, with the option to purchase additional spaces at an extra cost. 

The building will be finished with insulated facade in natural earthy tones, PVC windows and balcony doors, and safety railings on all balconies. The surrounding land will be landscaped with low-maintenance greenery and olive trees, creating a pleasant Mediterranean environment. 

Common areas, including corridors and the staircase, will feature ceramic tiling with skirting, plastered walls with hygienic paint finish, staircase railings, and complete electrical installations with lighting, all included in the apartment price.
