Dear friends and guests, for 10 years we have been striving to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. Until now, we have been making your stay enjoyable only in our apartments in Nin, Croatia, but we are moving forward.
In the 2026 season, we offer beautiful apartments for rent in the picturesque and historic town of Nin in Croatia, just 17 km from Zadar. The apartment house, called Villa Maria***, is located right by the bridge (the entrance) to the historic center of Nin.
For the second season in a row, you can spend your summer holiday in our aparthotel URBAN Apartments**** in the Montenegrin town of Sutomore, where we offer accommodation in luxurious and spacious apartment-style rooms with breakfast included.
If you miss the Croatian atmosphere, we are also working on a new project – the construction of investment apartments in the Croatian town - Ražanac.
